The meeting, which took place on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, included a sample of 24 widows out of the 95 widows scheduled to graduate this year. For this reason, the idea of &#8220;graduating&#8221; from the association fundamentally reflects this philosophy. It is not an end to the relationship but a transformation of the widows from <strong>beneficiaries to leaders and inspirers<\/strong>, capable of transferring their valuable expertise and experiences to others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This concept was clearly evident in the speech of the <strong>Head of the Empowerment Sector<\/strong>, who praised the tremendous efforts made by the widows during their benefit period, emphasizing that this stage is the beginning of new phases of unlimited contribution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"900\" height=\"600\" src=\"https:\/\/alaoun.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2025\/11\/image-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-162\" srcset=\"https:\/\/alaoun.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2025\/11\/image-1.png 900w, https:\/\/alaoun.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2025\/11\/image-1-300x200.png 300w, https:\/\/alaoun.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2025\/11\/image-1-768x512.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 900px) 100vw, 900px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-sustained-support-and-strong-relationships\">Sustained Support and Strong Relationships<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Asmaa Al-Hassani, the Field Supervisor<\/strong>, underscored the utmost importance of maintaining bridges of communication between the association and the graduating families. Their experience has become an invaluable resource for providing advice to new widows facing similar challenges and for helping young orphans at the start of their journey. This mutual support strengthens the fabric of our community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rabab Al-Shaifani, Head of the Sponsored Individuals Department<\/strong>, also indicated that the association&#8217;s doors will always remain open to provide consultation and support for anything the families may face after their graduation. Their joy was not limited to their personal achievements but extended to their sincere desire to lend a hand to the new widows and help them bring their children to safety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Their words were full of <strong>sincere gratitude<\/strong> for the assistance they received throughout the past years, and they did not forget to offer special thanks to the <strong>Sponsors (Kufula&#8217;) and philanthropists<\/strong> who stood by them through hardships and provided boundless generosity and giving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-circle-of-goodness-a-sustainable-model-for-community-development\">The Circle of Goodness: A Sustainable Model for Community Development<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The association adopts an ambitious and sustainable vision: benefiting from its services is a <strong>limited, contractual stage<\/strong> focused on supporting the family with their children\u2019s education and empowering family members with skills and capabilities for self-reliance. The ultimate goal is to empower the widows to become an active part of the continuous <strong>Circle of Goodness<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The transition from a state of need to a position of contributing expertise and experience\u2014and potentially financial support\u2014reflects a unique model for <strong>sustainable community development<\/strong>. It is a success story for strong mothers who have proven that determination and work can turn challenges into opportunities, and need into an inexhaustible contribution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are proud of every graduating widow and look forward to seeing their future achievements and contributions.
