Spiritual Opening and Welcome The ceremony began with a fragrant recitation of verses from the Holy Quran by reciter Hamza Boulif, bringing an atmosphere of tranquility and reverence to the hall. Following this, Dr. Tarik El Abaki, Vice President of the Aid and Relief Association, took the floor to welcome representatives of media outlets and partners in charity.

In this regard, El Abaki praised the significant media presence, considering it shining proof of the national press’s interest in the issues of orphans and widows. He emphasized that positive media engagement is a fundamental lever for the success of such noble initiatives.

Ambitious Numbers and the Challenge: “The Impossible is not Moroccan” During his presentation, the Vice President of the Association revealed the campaign’s key figures. The Aid and Relief Association aims to mobilize a budget estimated at 25.5 million Dirhams. This substantial amount seeks to finance the “Safe housing Project,” which will benefit 381 orphan families distributed across various regions of the Kingdom of Morocco.

In a related context, El Abaki stressed that while this figure may seem large, it remains achievable thanks to the customary generosity of Moroccans. He invoked the national spirit, stating: “The impossible is not Moroccan, and as we have always known, Moroccans are people of giving and generosity.”

To bring the picture closer to reality, the Association screened a moving video featuring vivid scenes of families living in difficult situations—families waiting for a helping hand to obtain decent housing that preserves their dignity.

Professional Structure to Ensure Success The Aid and Relief Association was keen to present a technical committee to accompany the administration’s work on the “Safe housing project”. This committee will technically oversee the implementation of this charitable workshop to ensure the highest standards of transparency and efficiency. The committee consists of:

  • Dr. Abdelilah El Bahraoui: Committee Supervisor.
  • Mr. Hicham El Asfouri: Financial Controller.
  • Mr. Mohamed Ennali: Committee Rapporteur.
  • Engineer Adel El Labbar: Technical Supervisor.
  • Engineer Omar Waid: Technical Supervisor.

For his part, the Committee Supervisor, Dr. Abdelilah El Bahraoui, gave a detailed presentation outlining the procedural objectives, the targeted geographical areas, and the intervention mechanisms to ensure support reaches those who deserve it.

Open Invitation to Contribute to Creating Hope The press conference witnessed an open discussion and positive interaction from the attendees, who expressed their unconditional support for this initiative. In conclusion, Mr. Noureddine Temsamani, Director of the Aid and Relief Association, read the official press release, thereby announcing the actual launch of the campaign.
